ive just had i thought! what if its a loli that looks like an adult!

- A loli who looks like an adult is no longer a loli, since they look like an ADULT

also casual upskirts?

- there is no such thing as a casual upskirt, it's still loli since the artist is making the image to highlight the childs PANTIES. if its done really really naturally like a child just playing, then it might be alright.

also what about those particular loli which have no genetalia at all through the power of... science?... like in nanoha (only one i can think of in short notice) and others which are more kid friendly which are shown on kids telly. if its shown on kids telly then we should have it...?

- If you removed the ass, pussy and chest area, it ceases to be a human anymore.

also i would like to point out that depending on the age of the child them being seen naked isnt considered a big deal? (toddler running around naked in nextdoors garden is realy pissing me off!) uhh thats not a sugestion for toddlercon i know thats basicly the same thing.

- why does anyone care about anyones nudity, it's stupid, the rules are stupid, people in power are stupid, people who complain about it are stupid, but what you mentioned has zero to do with this site.

oh btw im not realy into loli for the age or anything i just love super petite then add huge tits on it... i know it makes no differnce but i want to say it anyway.

-Correct it makes no difference or sense

also is it the bewbs, the height, the proportions or the genatalia?

- In what context?

also what about those abstact images that only show the rear end and nothing of the body

- a loli ass and nothing else is still a loli's ass

also you cant show em naked at all or just not show the lady parts? 'cause this is just godamned adorable but not realy sexual or anything... at least not to me

- nope even if she was strategically covering up her bits, the bits still exist, it's still a NAKED loli

also sorry about any spelling issues and for being a giant futa dick...not an a loli of course because that would blur the lines between reality and fiction

- It's all common sense really.

So.. curiously. What about Lolibooru? Is that still under your control or did they pay to buy the name outright and find different advertisers? It's easy to see it is most likely a different domain since it's not a .booru site, but it's still got the booru name. Thanks for your time, guys. I'm about to try and create a site from my phone, had to read everything to make sure I stayed in the lines.

We are in no way affiliated with that site and they do not have any advertising up. It gets paid out somebody's own pockets.

Hi people. As I may start a booru here, I would like to ask for clarification.

1. Basically you're not against explicit loli/shota content, you're just concerned by the advertisers?
2. So if I understand correctly, you ONLY disallow >>sexualized<< loli/shota content, i.e. child-looking or underage-looking (like <18) characters who are either nude, depicted with sexually suggestive clothes (lingerie, heels etc.), depicted with sexually suggestive objects (dildos etc.), act sexually suggestive (showing off cameltoes, licking a banana etc.) or have direct sexual activity? (Thus innocent, natural images of clothed loli/shota characters would be okay.)
3. Even if I accept this policy, I cannot guarantee my users wouldn't upload such images occasionally even when I write out the rules, so I would need a team patrolling our booru. Apart from you admins patrolling and/or auto-checking the uploads by tags, how does the advertisers themselves check the content? I mean, you know anything about how they check this policy when there are so many boorus and uploads here? (My thought is that they perform random checks on booru front pages, but I may be wrong. I'm just interested how serious is your problem when you must deal with the actual enforcement of this "enforced" policy.)
4. Gelbooru as the imageboard site is working under your umbrella? If yes, why they can have explicit loli content?

5. Oh and, lol, does your booru version supports languages other than english in the system and tagging? (It's okay if the system itself can't be changed, but it would be nice if we could use accented letters and japanese characters in the tags and comments. So I guess, the question is does this booru version supports content with UTF-8 encoding?)

Thanks in advance for the reply.

#1 Yes
#2 Yes
#3 Advertisers have there ways of checking, i get removal requests from time to time. If we see loli before you do (or your mod team) you'll get a warning, thats all. Only in extreme cases we have deleted the board.
#4 Gelbooru is ran by a different person and is not part of booru.org
#5 As far as i know the tags allow the use of everything, even japanese characters. Comments to i think.

Ah, thanks. Anyway, I was a bit frightened by your ToS with stuff like "banning without notice" when certain "unacceptable materials" are posted.

Well, you should understand it's required by those authorities to say that :)

Kielan:
If a drawn child is dressed as a child would dress, doing normal child like things, it isn't loli.

Wrong. Any young-looking anime character is loli. If it's NSFW, it's lolicon. Loli's are young looking characters, and lolicon is them in NSFW situations

Who cares? you just took that out of context, loli is short for lolicon as far as I am concerned, I dont give a rats ass if thats wrong, because it does not matter.

And lolicon is short for lolita complex, which is a person's mindset rather than a describing word for images. But you do not care, do you?

Is anyone aware that there are at least 7 booru sites that are full of loli?
I have 7 booru sites bookmarked, and they all have loli featured on them.

In fact, There's a booru site based entirely based around Loli, it just says in the TOS that anyone who joins the site must claim the the girls are 18+.

Some boorus that I visit that have loli are actually have furry loli(cubs). Is that alright? I mean, is loli fine as long as they're furries/cubs?

All 7 sites I have bookmarked have not only cubs, but human loli as well.
