Anything small and flat-chested (aka child)

Here are a few (NSFW!) gelbooru links with examples.

... really? No loli? Why single that out? What the hell gives you the right to attack one group of fetishists like that? Personal taste? One potshot example? Stop me if I guess it, because there's clearly no logical or objective reason that loli would be the one thing to single out as unacceptable in a user-made booru. Nor should there be any reason that anything should be singled out or disallowed for anything but legal purposes - a field in which this matter holds no ground in whatsoever.

Nobody chooses their sexual interests any more than they choose their race or gender. It's an age-old conflict, and your position is absolutely no different whatsoever than good old fashioned family homophobia.

Our advertisers do not allow such content, if you are willing to pay for the server cost and our php dev i might be able to remove the rule. Interested?

But gore, bestiality, rape and coprophagia are all a-okay? At the very least you could modify your disclaimer to point out that fact. As it is now, it sounds awfully confrontational.

Gore, bestiality, rape and coprophagia are all a-okay in hentai (its not real nor has it been made illegal...yet), so long as they are adults :)

The laws introduced against underaged art has basically forced advertisers who are global to enforce that they will not advertise on sites that break these laws, our advertisers dont really have a choice and ergo neither does this project.

The ToS is written as it is, because it has to make it crystal clear that his project has a zero tolerance of any real life pics that are illegal, such as beastiality etc for obvious reasons.

Yep already in force in some countries and it's sadly expanding, imo any country that bans art of any kind cannot call itself free or civilised.

You say small and flatchested, but what about adult characters with these traits?

For example, Kyouka from Kyouran Kaizoku Nikki is 20. Etna and Flonne and Washu are over a thousand years old. Evangeline McDowell and Mina Tepes are both centuries.

What counts is what age they appear to be, not what age fiction gives them, if they look under 18 they can be a billion years old according to fiction, the law in some countries state if they look under 18 its against the law.

Alas when the law comes to ban art, it treats art as if it was real, of course it isnt real and in art you can have small characters with flat chests that just so happen to look a bit like a child but they are really adult or really old, but in real life you cant say that, so its not allowed.

Ergo advertisers dont like any images that look under 18, so we remove them.

Throwing reason at an unreasonable law, does not change the unreasonable law, only helping to remove senile old idiots that dream up these monumentally stupid laws, can the human race progress.

Is it okay for underage characters to show up in porn if they aren't nude or having sex?

For instance, I'm trying to tag all the potentially problematic pics on a certain booru, but most of the pictures aren't strictly "loli." Is it a violation if a young girl in lingerie is shown committing seppuku? It's supposed to be erotic, but there's nothing sexual.

Or if there's sex going on but the underage character isn't actually engaged in it?

Those under 18 do not wear lingerie unless an adult has made them wear it for the sexualisation of that subject, therefore it is not allowed here, any sexualisation of the underaged subject such as sexual poses, sexy clothing etc, means its loli and very poor loli at that, ergo not permitted on booru.org.

If a drawn child is dressed as a child would dress, doing normal child like things, it isn't loli.

Really it's common sense, if you wish to post art of subjects under 18 make sure they are approprietly dressed doing natural things and not dressing like a slut and making surgestive poses.
